O’Connell St Clinic is pleased to offer Telehealth consultations, allowing you to speak to your doctor via video or telephone without leaving your home or workplace. Our Telehealth service offers patients a convenient, secure way to access health care, from both our GPs and Psychologist.
For video consultations, you will be sent a secure link via Health Direct. If you have chosen the telephone option, your doctor will call you as near as possible to the time of your appointment.
Telehealth Consultations can be booked via the HOTDOC app, using the Telephone Consult or Video Consult options.
If you require a script, these can be delivered to your preferred pharmacy, and referrals can be sent directly to your preferred specialist or service.
