This week is International Men’s Health Week. You may be asking, why all the attention on Men’s Health? A baby boy born in 2010 has a life expectancy of 78 years, while a baby girl born at the same time can expect to live to 82 years. From birth, males…

Easy to access, friendly staff and my own Doctor, Dr. Alan Skapinker, has been looking after my Health for almost 40 years. The Practice is centrally located and within walking distance of Martin Place and Wynyard Train Stations.
Never thought to review a medical centre but easily booked a second booster here when other options in the Sydney CBD were limited. Excellent nurse administered the vaccination and the practice is well-staffed, friendly and seems to work like clockwork. Highly recommend.
I met with Dr Alan Skapinker for a long consultation. I have been searching for a doctor to assess my health and provide a long term well being plan including the management of my current medicines. Dr Skapinker was most attentive and provided a professional approach to a number of issues I needed assistance with. I am fortunate to have found a doctor to care about the management of my health in a world where everything revolves around time rather than quality of care.
Dr Green was the best! Very detailed and thorough when performing a full check on skin cancer. Also spends the time explaining what he's looking for. Excellent service and I would highly recommend Dr Green
Dr. James Chesworth is our family GP since 2001! Not only is very knowledgeable but is just the best in explaining, why and how certain things happen with your Body. He has looked after my Wife and me and always gives us the best referrals if needed. My Overseas Family with Children had some issues when visiting and he took care of them. The Nurses are as well very efficient and knowledgeable.I would recommend the O'Connell Street Clinic to anyone.
Usually when I book appointments with doctors they are running at least half an hour behind. This wasn't the case here. I booked for 1:15pm and was in by 1:20pm and complete by 1:35pm. Very professional, punctual and organised.
Friendly, efficient Reception staff.Professional, informative and knowledgeablePodiatrist.I would wholeheartedly recommendMr Andrew Bull for any foot problems you may have.I have been very pleased with my treatment.
I went to the clinic to see Dr Green for a biopsy on a mole on my scalp. Can I just say, his assuring, friendly and empathetic persona truly helps soothe my anxiety towards the procedure. Before he performed the biopsy, he walked me through the process, gladly answered all my questions, and reassured me that I won’t feel a thing (and I didn’t!). My tip for those who are nervous is to bring your headphones with you so you can watch videos/listen to music during the procedure. In all, I would highly recommend everyone to Dr Green for your skin check/biopsy, he’s truly a remarkable doctor! Bravo!!
I have been going to O'Connell St Clinic for 20 years since it was previously at the Gateway Building. The reason I keep going here is because of the staff and also the fact that the clinic is extremely professional and always runs on time. The staff are lovely, the reception staff are always friendly and extremely helpful they are a credit to the clinic. I have been seeing Dr James Chesworth, Dr Polly Chan and Dr Gemma Kim for all this time. They all very thorough, caring and wise people. They always takes time to explain things, rather than rush through and I feel listened to. I've had to occasionally go to other clinics and they are no way as good. Thank you everyone at O'Connell Street for providing such an excellent service.
Alan SKAPINKER could not diagnose my Hip joint tear and instead he insisted to send me to the Neurologist specialist. So I had to go to another dr for more imaging and there you go I have the tear and it was misdiagnosed.
Dr. Alan Skapinker won't see patients who have returned form overseas in the last two weeks. You'd think everyone from outside australia has covid. So much for the hippocratic oath. Double vaccinated and three negative covid tests in the last 7 days. You should be ashamed Alan.
A wonderful practice! Reception staff are helpful and friendly, and Dr Kua is an exceptional GP. She's very knowledgeable, is a great listener, and has time to discuss any concerns you have, and offer solutions without rushing you out the door so she can get to her next appointment. I cannot recommend her highly enough and the team at the O'Connell Street Clinic are just terrific. Thank you!
Great Clinic!. I highly recommend this place especially if you have a fear of needles or anxiety about anything. The doctors and receptionists are very caring and will put your mind at ease. Great staff. Thank you.
I rang up during lockdown to request to see Dr Bernadette Kua and was able to booked in to see her on the day hence it was very suitable and efficient. The staff was friendly and Dr Kua is an amazing doctor as always. She is very professional and informative.
The staff was very efficient and friendly. I spent about 16 minutes at the practise, 15 minutes of this visit was part of the standard wait process after a Covid vaccine. I won't hesitate to visit again when I need to see my GP.
