O’Connell St Clinic engaged the services of CFEP Surveys to conduct a patient feedback survey in February 2022. The purpose of this survey conducted was to understand and measure patient satisfaction to formulate where improvements could be made in the practice to better enhance the patient’s overall experience as per PAIS practice reporting.
The overall outcome from the patient survey shows satisfaction scores as being excellent.
Other highlights of the survey are indicative that O’Connell St Clinic is reaching above the national scores in most questions presented to the patient with the national average being 80% satisfaction. O’Connell St Clinic’s average was approximately 95% and is synonymous of the clinic’s management of the patient’s overall experience whilst attending the clinic.

- Confidence in ability
- Respect shown to patient.
